It depends on the type of items you sell, the type of shipping service you use and the destination.
Personally, for years I have stopped selling on eBay on November 26th when all pending listings are ended until the next year.
I simply do not want to get involved with last minute shoppers expecting delivery within a few days at Christmas time.
