eBay Bugs are a constant and No Constructive Answers from eBay

Been selling since 1999 and recognize the eBay system is a monstrosity.


We are forever having to work around features that are not working properly and


it is so frustrating to try and get Help from eBay.  Some realities of today are:"


1. Phone support does not seem to know the problems Tech. Support is working on


    so phoning eBay is almost a waste of time.


2. Today I cannot leave Feeback; cannot my own Feedback or any other Member's Feedback.


3. Most times my own ME is not available to read but more importantly other Members' ME cannot be read.


 


and the list goes on..........would Tech Support please publish a timely log of system problems.  I see nothing


in that regard that Helps me.
