More seriously I am wondering who eBay asked and when. Or should the article say, "eBay sent a survey to AMERICAN sellers this week asking them how it could improve"? Because I think if they asked CANADIAN sellers "what was the single most important thing it could improve to make sellers more likely to recommend eBay", they would have heard a lot of:
