why is it that when you have a non payer that you only get a credit on the selling portion and not a credit on the shipping part, totally a rip off,and to boot these non payers that have never sold anything keep their 100 per cent feed back score,i guess ebay like non payers, you should be able to leave feed back as to inform sellers that in fact they are not 100 per cent but in fact 90 percent after the first case, and 50 percent after the second case, hard to figure also a buyer that has never sold anything shouldnt be allowed to leave neg feed back on shipping, this site is really going to the dogs,

???
eBay doesn't charge a fee on the shipping part until AFTER the buyer has paid.
There is NO shipping fee to be credited when the buyer is a non-payer because there was no fee charged.

you only get a credit on the selling portion and not a credit on the shipping part,
Why did you ship and incur that cost before the bidder had paid?

Can others confirm this is true? My buyers usually choose free shipping options, but if this is true, it's certainly another reason to not include any Expedited service options...
