hey so i live in canada and i bid on an item and won, from a seller in the U.S its not the first time shipping from the states so i figured i may have to pay like $25 more when it arrives, the packages was delivered to my house, but since UPS wanted me to pay another $100 when it arrived i declined to accept the package. the package was suppose to be sent back tot he sender but he hasnt got it yet.the seller wont refund me till he has the package (makes sence)
am i gonna get my money back or what? what do i have to do now? anything i can do to speed up the process?
