Looks like some kind od Scam to me. $20.00 for the item and Free shipping from Italy.

Looking at others listed I would say it is a SCAM. Others listed are from about $800.00 to about $1,500.00.

It's weird though, -- brand new user ID (June 29), registered as a business seller,  and as of this moment

547 of those things have sold already, with 191 watchers. 

If that thing is not what it claims to be, . . .  Whoooie, when all that feedback starts to come in...
