how do i change my negative feedback to positive

I gave a seller a negative feedback when I dident receive the item I was suppose to but he was very quick with getting me the item I did order so I would like to change my negative feedback to neutral or positive how do i do that?

Keep in mind that the seller only has 30 days from the time you left your feedback to ask for a feedback revision. It's also possible that the seller may not be able to request a feedback revision becaused he's used up his available feedback revision requests as sellers can only request 5 feedback revisions for every 1,000 feedback received.

You purchased on item on July 22nd from the US and then leave negative feedback 8 days later. That was way too soon. You have up to 60 days to leave feedback so leaving it on day 8 shows your impatience. International transactions sometimes takes weeks.
