Make it out as usual , with all the points you have agreed on.
Use Fixed Price 30 days as the type and expiry. This is a very cheap listing.
Then make the title his eBay name.
Tell him the title (you may even be able to link to it, I've never tried) and give him a deadline. I usually give four days.
If he bids, well, that was easy.
If he does not bid by the deadline, change the title to something more descriptive, and Revise any part of the listing you want, then let it ride until it expires.
And put the guy on your Blocked Bidders List as a timewaster.
