before i bid on an item, i needed the shipping cost. so i bid and won, now the seller won't honor the shipping cost and reported that i'm refusing to pay putting my account at risk. i have saved all emails reguarding this along with the mulitple request to fix the shipping. any suggestions how to fix this?

Difficult if seller refuses to send a correct invoice. Here is a similar..

Certainly can win an appeal to avoid a strike against your account. Appeal now or call ebay...

Phone Ebay right away, THEY can look at your correspondence IF it is inside Ebay messages. THEY can see what the seller shipping was quoted. They will advise. To get the phone number go to the top right corner of the page, see CUSTOMER SUPPORT, it will drop down - choose customer support - follow the links to the free phone number. It will give you a code that you put into your phone - to bring up your account. The person on the other end can then look into your account and emails and see what is going on and advise what can be done. GOOD LUCK 🙂
