I want to purchase from a seller in china but their lot says they don't ship to Canada. When I asked them for an exception (I purchased from them a short while ago and I know they do ship to Canada) they obviously don't know how to do it but they insist they do ship to Canada. Any body know what I can tell them to fix the problem?

The seller would have to place you on their blocked bidders exemption list.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.
