I am competing on an iem by a "private bidder" whose identity is blocked - why ? and how do I become a private bidder ?

Does it show up something like this      e***x ( private )

if so then the bidder has made their feedback private.

If it shows up like this  

    private listing - bidders' identities protected

then the seller has made it a private auction.
