how does the seller get to leave feed back for the buyer????the seller then responded to my asking how this happened and the seller says they put it in and wold change it ? How does the seller leave his own feed back for the buyer who did not leave feed back to the seller? I went away for holiday came back to a feed back about I left a natural feedback and I did not ??but the seller says they did it and will change it ? how was the seller able to go on to my ebay page and leave his own feed back???

Both buyer and seller can leave feedback. This is both a method of communicating that the transaction is ended and of letting other members know how the transaction went.
Neutral feedback gives the seller a 'defect' on his selling account which can raise his fees, restrict his ability to list and to sell, restrict the number and value of his listings and could with other feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings lead to his selling account being closed by eBay.
So if you think a transaction is just 'meh', but nothing really went wrong leave no feedback or positive feedback.
The normal Detailed Seller Rating for an average transaction is Five Stars, because if the sellers DSRs drop below 4.3 as above, can raise his fees, restrict his ability to list and to sell, restrict the number and value of his listings and could with other feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings lead to his selling account being closed by eBay.
It's not logical or intuitive, but then this is eBay.

If you call ebay, they will remove it from your page. I think the seller may have been confused but, regardless, sellers can only leave positive feedback for buyers and MORE IMPORTANTLY the text has to match that. A seller can't leave his/her obligatory positive feedback for a buyer and then say 'this buyer was a pain in the rear' because that flies in the face of the feedback policy.
If you call ebay customer service, they will probably agree that the text left for you as a buyer is critical as opposed 'positive' and then they will take it down for you. I really don't think the seller is able to alter it himself but, then again, I might be wrong.
Calling ebay is often an exercise in patience and perseverance. You might have to wait on hold for a long while and/or explain your problem to multiple people who may be only passably fluent in English. Be assertive but not rude. Eventually, you will get it done.
There is also a function by which you can leave 'follow-up' feedback to explain the seller was confused but, if I were you, I'd call to try to get rid of it first.
Good luck as you carry forward.
