i HAVE BEEN BARRED FROM BUYING, WHY?

I do not understand for the past 2 months i was barred from buying. Just last week it was ok, actually i was able to purchase i small item and then the next day I am barred again from buying. Is there something wrong, I don't understand.

did you have unpaid items,?you may be blocked because of that.

Do you have any strikes against you, for example, for unpaid items?  Sellers can set their preferences to block anyone who has received 2 or more strikes aganst them in the past 6 months.

When and what sort of message are you getting that says you are banned?

If you have two (or more) Unpaid Item Strikes, many but not all sellers will have an automatic Block on your bids.

Some sellers will not ship to Canada.

Those are the two main reasons Canadians have for being unable to bid.

You may also owe fees to eBay or to Paypal, especially if you have been selling.

However, if you got an email, it is worth sending it to spoof@ebay.com, just to make sure that the email is legit.
