i purchased a doll from , waited and waited, sent emails back and forth

i purchased a doll from , never have received it after 4 months. I had no reason not to believe the excuses she gave as they were custom related and i had no reason to doubt her as her rating was high and i was an inexperienced buyer. excuses kept up until after the 3mont period after which you can no longer make  a complaint and now i hear nothing and receive nothing. i already rated her as good because she always answered me back and i was stupid. now i can not change her rating. don't know what to do except say good bye to the money . how do i get the info out to other buyers about this seller?

Well you can still leave a Response to your original feedback. This won't change her Ratings, but will bring attention to your poor experience.

 

Also, it's probably too late, but call the customer service number on the back of the credit card you use with your Paypal account and try to start a Chargeback. They also have deadlines, but the deadlines are longer. Worth a try.

 

For some reason, Dolls and Horse Tack are rather fraught categories for problems. Remind me never to buy a My Little Pony on eBay.
