Unless I can sell an item for $10, I don't bother. Its not worth my time or effort.
You are under utilizing your titles. You should be using all the characters possible. Also check your spelling. Errors make it difficult to find plus looks unprofessional.

The listing for your first 50 auctions each month may be free, but other fees run around 20% on each sold item.
But that varies from category to category.Some of those fees are flat rates which can pull up the percentage.
Your spelling is losing you customers.
"Advertising" "Marbles".
Your titles are your best way of promoting your items and you are waaaay underusing them. Why don't you mention "Elastoplast"? There are collectors of brand names, like that. And of medical paraphenalia. Titles are free!
If you are a low feedback seller, you will be passed over by experienced buyers, who don't want to be part of your learning curve. And if you look as if you don't know what you are doing, or what you have, the only bidders will be bottom feeders and scammers.
Look to the beam in your own eye.

Also, flat items like coins are best scanned not photographed. Scan the certificates too, if you have one.
And buyers are turned off by shipping that is higher than the asking price. They love "Free Shipping" which really just means that the shipping price is folded into the asking price.
Since your auction listing is free no matter what the asking price, start your item at the price you want and skip the Buy It Now.
