Most sellers will not refund until they have received the item back. Some will settle for clear photos of a damaged item.
For your own protection, returns should be made by a Delivery Confirmed service, like Expedited Parcel USA.
If you have not received your refund, and have the DC number of your returned parcel, you can file a Dispute with Paypal within 45 day of the transaction.
