How are you attempting to reach your seller?
You have to use ebay Messages. If you reply to the emails auto-sent by ebay, your seller will not receive them.
Also, a seller is not obligated to cancel your order. Most will but some won't so you will then have to choose whether to accept the eventual Unpaid Item Strikes on your account, or pay and open a Returns request when you receive the order.
Also, you have to remember that not every seller on ebay is always at their desk. This is the weekend and, if your seller is international, it may be the middle of the night.

"i wrote to seller 4 times to cancel an order"
Could you please provide more information.
Was it an auction listing? or a fixed price "buy-it-Now" listing?
When (date/time) exactly have you made the purchase?
Have you paid for your purchase?
Why do you want to "cancel"? (does the seller offer buyers the option to cancel in the listing?)
"4 times"
How (specifically) and when (exactly)?
Where is the seller located?

Correct. More detail is required.
I was assuming the Original Poster had not yet paid for their item(s).
If you've paid, it may be impossible for the seller to Cancel your Order. If it has already shipped, there is no way for the seller to do that. He or she cannot cancel a shipped order. All you can do is return it to them. With tracking. As part of a Returns process. IF that is accepted. Also, not every seller accepts Returns. They are time-consuming and costly for the seller to process.
Due diligence prior to purchase is paramount.
What other information on the transaction(s) do you have?

First thing, why bid or buy it in the first place before you changed your mind. I believe that anyone who bid or buy should keep their commitment. We don't need any buyers like yourself, it is a hassle for the sellers.
