if an item has sold, how is it eligiable for a second chance offer?

I sold an item  and now it says the item is eligiable for a second chance offer

Ebay automaticly sends you that notice if your auction has more than 1 bidder in case the top bidder doesn't pay or you have more of the same items.

If the bidder pays and you don't have any more of the same then just ignore it.
