No, you cannot do anything from your end. Only the seller can cancel a transaction, and it is their choice to do so. Remember, Ebay doesnt sell anything. There are a whole lot of individuals who do the selling, taking the time to word their listings, putting pictures and descriptions in. A lot of time and effort goes in to it. Be responsible when bidding and/or buying. Anytime you bid, there is a chance you may win. Before bidding, make sure you are informed about all costs, like shipping costs to your location, and taxes and fees that apply if you buy something outside of Canada, etc. Easy rule of thumb to follow: If you dont want to buy, dont bid. A seller can open an unpaid item dispute if you buy and dont pay, which means you get a strike against you. Too many of those, and Ebay can remove you, and sellers can manually block you from bidding on their items. Enjoy Ebay, have fun, but please be responsible. Good luck.

If you are high bidder and win the item you cannot cancel it.

You can ask the seller if they will cancel it but they are not

obligated to cancel.

If you have no money you shouldn't be bidding.

This is not a game.

It costs the seller time and money to list things.
