if you have a bakelite bangle that was made in the 1960-1980 period can you sell it if i state this

i have a bakelite bracelet that was made in the period after bakelite stopped producing. how do i sell it on ebay....do i just state that fact. yes it tests as bakelite but does not conform to the bakelite period.
