If you shipped using CPC as original carrier you are wrong and need to read what shipping insurance means.
Insurance does NOT cover broken contents. The insurance only covers parcel delivery confirmation. Once parcel is delivered with undamaged outside packaging your Insurance ends there.
It is the sender/shipper's responsibility to package items safely and carefully.
