I can't for the life of me find that specific policy, so I googled MC999+feedback
and all sorts of oddments appear, but again, nothing which details the information
of what this rule is supposedly all about.
It would appear you may have done/said something wrong, but from what I can find,
there seems to be no precisely worded policy clearly stating the alleged infraction.
Maybe try an internet search if you have a spare few minutes, just to see if anything
anyone else says corresponds with your own experience.
Just a thought.
