i got charged $100 for something i never received 2 charges of $54.14 FROM PAYPAL I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOT VERY HAPPY.

First try to resolve the issue via email or phone call directly with the seller.  If that communication doesn't result in a satisfactory result, go to eBay's Resolution Centre at http://resolutioncenter.ebay.ca/ to open an "item not received" case.  The case must be opened no later than 45 days after payment.
