returning money to buyer? will i still be charge from ebay there commision?

this guy purchase a cell phone from me that the provider was suppose to be telus and it turned out to be sprint..had to return his money..will ebay still charge me there commision? how do i go about to not being charge the purchase that did not go through?

You need to send him a Request for Cancellation.  When he accepts, you will get your fees back.  If he does not respond at all, you can close it yourself after 7 days and get your fees back.  This link tells you all about it:

With this kind of Mutual Cancellation, both parties can leave feedback.

For this reason, it is important that a seller only offer the MC if the discussion has been friendly.
