sellers don't answer and don't send item

I bought an item from a sellers ,but  seen they dont want send my item...they received my payment and I already send to him 3 emails ...what can I do??

Open a case agsinst buyer in PayPal.. you have 30 days I believe from date of purchase to get your money back.

You have up to 45 days from the close of the auction to start an Item Not Received dispute.

However, since the seller has ignored multiple emails, open it immediately.
