What is going on here??? You cannot search by size or width of shoes anymore on the EBay Canada website??? Why is that? I called customer support and someone who could not care less kept apologizing and saying it was only available on the American EBay website. And blew me of my giving me the corporate telephone number to call which turned out to be another Customer service number. What is with that? Does anyone know? I tried IE and Chrome, neither worked.

I wonder if it is a glitch. It looks like you can search by size (I didn't check width) when searching for mens and kids shoes but not for womens shoes. Very odd!

I've had the same problem. You can only search by a couple of preferences which leaves you with about 63,000 or more shoes to go through. I tried calling TWICE and once even had someone walk through the process with me online, they said I had a problem with my search engine, that I should not use explorer.....sooooo, yes I tried firefox, same thing. Did it over the phone with the customer service person.
I am so disappointed, I used to buy all my shoes on e-bay (and I have a lot of shoes), now you can't search by size or width or color or material. Too much work to go through thousands and thousands of shoes,.... and yes I tried the 'advanced search' too.
I have not purchased from e-bay in a long time because of this, I just went in today to see if it had ever been fixed, and it hasn't!!

The ebay.com site has all of the usual preferences to choose from. I've heard that they will be putting them back on .ca but I have no idea when that will be.

Maybe eBay is trying to tell us something important:
Size matters for men but not for women. 🙂
