You allowed the seller to stall past the deadlines. They did that on purpose. If it has been less than 60 days since end of sale, leave negative feedback for the seller. If your payment was funded with a credit card, you can call the company and ask them how you do a chargeback. In the future, do not allow a seller to string you along. If you have not received your item 30 days after end of sale, file an item not received dispute if the item is domestic and 40 days if it is international. This is within the crucial 45 day window. Hopefully you can do the chargeback and get your money refunded.
