I replied to your other question on the same topic.

I will add to make sure you mark your listing Immediate Payment Required or you may find your Selling Limits wasted in Unpaid Items. Sold listings count toward the limit, whether or nor you actually get paid for them.

Not sure how long you have been selling on ebay but after three months you could call them and ask for a higher limit
