Since sellers would find it impossible to know what duty and sales taxes might be applicable in the 178 countries that belong to the United Nations, the duty of paying any such fees falls to the buyer.

EBay at one time told sellers to add this to their listings to make this clear to buyersL

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Until you have more experience in selling, I would strongly advise you to sell only to Canada and the USA, and don't make electronic gadgets the first things you sell. This is a high fraud category.

Are you aware that Paypal will Hold your customer's cleared payment against your performance for 21 days? You will be able to use the held money to pay for shipping labels, and you do get a discount of between 5% and 17% on those labels.

But eBay is not set up to make quick cash anymore.
