If you're not seeing the 'Standard' tab, you may want to try using another browser to see if this helps. If you're still not able to find it, you may want to give Customer Support a call.

It sounds like you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. Use compatibility mode option in Internet Explorer when in eBay. Recent updates by Microsoft make using the eBay listing editor not work.
