Is the seller still selling on eBay?
If not. then eBay closed them down for being a problem seller.
If the seller has been closed down then go to paypal (if you paid with using them), find the purchase and open up and Item-Not-Received case (and mention the seller has been closed down as a seller on eBay) to get your money back.
If the seller is still selling, it may be a temporary glitch -- or the seller cancelled your order (in which case you should look to see if you have been refunded).
