Unable to load Turbo Lister and cannot use it. Last thing I did was back up.

I have been trying to use Turbo Lister.  When I try to load it to use, it goes through the motions, then shuts down.  The last thing I did on TL was check for Program Updates, did the back up, and then installed the updates.  I restarted the program as requested.  Since then, nothing.

FWIW-- it only works on PCs, so if you use a Mac, you don't use TurboLister. The service to use then would be Garage Sale.
