Wow. I guess you don't want to mess with Able Auctions.

I posted a message after yours saying that Able Auctions may have been licensed to use the logo as they are an official Auction House for eBay Live.

Why then is the logo , colors inccorect
why is it that posted on another portion of ebay it's not pulled ??

One thought: As an eBay Live seller, Able Auctions is no doubt also an eBay Powerseller. It's possible they lurk here, saw your post and reported it.

Why hasn't the post been pulled from the other group? They probably don't lurk there. If you find that post gets pulled it may be they will be tipped off by this post.

As for the colors, who knows? Again, I'm not saying they aren't in the wrong by using the logo, it's just that there was a leap to conclusions here that may not be true, and that may be why the original post about it has been pulled.
