wrong packaged delivered by eBay global distribution centre

Any ideas who to contact about a wrong package delivered.  I had a lawnmower cable shipped from Illinois to BC Canada.  Somewhere along the way, at the Global Shipping Centre in Kentucky, my one package from illinois became two packages and a second package was added to my tracking and delivered.  The package contains computer/scanner equipment and it not supplied by the Ebay seller and was not ordered by me.  It came through customs and all the delivery slips detail it as the lawnmower cable from Illinois.  I contacted the seller who said to contact the Global Shipping Centre.  Any ideas what I should do or report this to. The "help" centre and "contact" functions were not very helpful!!

You could try to call ebay through the contact/support tools, but there is little they would be able to do for you since there is absolutely no way to identify who the package should be going to or what seller it actually cam from ??? Are you sure there is nothing anywhere on or in the other box?? Maybe under the shipping label to your address?

If you do a google search of pitney bowes ebay you will find their website and they have an email contact, you could try that ...  I can't post phone numbers or email addresses in the forums but google search those 3 words and it should help ...

when I went to the pitney bowes global shipping ebay USA ( or pitneybowes dot com website) they actually give an ebay phone number (not sure how up to date it is) and they give an email address to contact them the global shipping department ... just make sure you are on the USA website I guess since the package started out from the US. Good luck, maybe let us know how things turn out?
