Is there an email for customer service? Purchase issue

I had a message about a fraudulent sale/compromised seller. The payment was pending when it was deleted from the site. I cancelled the paypal payment because it too was pending (not accepted by the seller) and now the sale was removed except now it's showing up as an unpaid item. I try to contact customer service but when I choose cancel a purchase it says I haven't bought or sold the item and the only contact info is to call them. 

I work long hours and cannot call at work and don't really have the opportunity too outside of work - is there an email or something?

Not really, but there is a Facebook page where you could contact them I think, other members would know more.

However, based on what you have said, you have nothing to worry about as eBay already cancelled the sale. I have older items still show pay now, just ignore it, it's a bit of a bug.

Just another eBay system design bug.

The unpaid warning for a sale that was deleted is an annoyance that you can safely ignore -- it will disappear after 60 days.
