Item disappeared from purchase history

Item that I purchased in January '22 has disappeared from my purchase history and I never recieved the item either , I do have the email confirmation from ebay . The last delivered by date was March 28 am I out of luck ?

The claim time on ebay is 30 days past the estimated delivery date so you are past that. You can still open a claim but ebay won't step in if the seller doesn't refund.  You can open a claim with your payment provider but I would give the seller the chance of refunding first.

On the right side of your purchase history page you can change your purchase view. Do you have it so that you can 'see orders from 2022'?

How did you pay?

If you use Paypal, they allow 120 from PAYMENT to open an Item Not Recieved dispute.

Their Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Activities.

Did you pay with a credit card? While each card has its own policy, you can phone the 1-800 number on the card or your monthly invoice about a chargeback.  Most cards allow about 180 days from purchase for chargebacks.

If you paid with a debit card, balance, or gift card you cannot get a refund.
