I've paid for a laptop on march 18th and have had no response from the seller despite numerous attempts to contact. since I did not hear back, i requested the seller to cancel but again no response. I tried to cancel on ebay but it says you have already paid so you will need to contact seller. I cannot find a place to log this issue with ebay. what does a buyer do when they do not hear back from the seller at all?? Thanks
