Unable to find local auctions

I used to be able to find local auctions through the advanced search feature, but I am no longer able to.  Has anyone else encountered this?  I tried calling the Help Desk and they said they would alert the software people within eBay.

Are you also using the Item Specifics on the left side of the Search page?

I looked for Stamps->Auctions-> Canada, but that was as far as the specifics would take me.

Then I looked at Chair->Auctions-> Canada but again that was the last refinement available.

But I am sure I have seen "within 50 km" very recently.

Are you only interested in Auctions?  Because the distance may only be available with Fixed Price and perhaps Pickup Only.

The Item Location filter on the left of the page is displaying normally for me ... cab be set as low as 2 km. It worked equally as well for either BIN or Auctions.

Checked the mobile app as well, Item Location was available in the filters.
