eBay items fraudulently held out to be available in emails. Items pictured in emails don't exist!!

I get emails every day from eBay with pictures of fashion items that I am led to believe exist as REAL items - yet when I click on the item it doesn't exist - it is not that it is no longer available in my size or sold out - it never was a real eBay item. I believe it is fraudulent of eBay to bring customers to its site with false advertising in the hope that the customer will buy whatever else is available closest to the advertised item. Either eBay must stop this practice or ACTUALLY HAVE AVAILABLE the item shown in its emails. Please email me to advise you have stopped this practice.

Change your account preferences so you opt out of marketing e-mail from ebay.

If they are from ebay and not phishing e-mails.
