Twice now, ebay has extended the wait time on behalf of the seller.
Both items I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR had NOT been delivered in a reasonable timely fashion.
So rather than expediting a refund to me, ebay consults with The SELLER and systematically
extends the SELLERS Graqce period by 2 weeks.
And so forget any notion that ebay supports the purchaser

There's no such thing as "reasonable time" when it comes to eBay.
I've order items from China that are shown to expect arrival within 3 months of purchase! And yes, some of had not shown up, at all. But, I have to say, I have been given my money back, in the end.
Like someone here in the board likes to say: if you are in a hurry to get the item, don't use eBay. You're going to regret it.

Whats a "reasonable timely fashion"?
For ebay, who knows what that actually means as they give sellers such a long time to deliver items - eg buying an item in Canada (while being in Canada) I've had delivery dates that are over a month long - and that is ridiculous - Canada Post is slow but it can deliver items from anywhere in Canada in under a month.
International sellers get even longer grace periods for items - I've seen two to three months even up to half a year later from the date of purchase for it to be delivered.
So wait and see and if it doesn't show up by the deadline make a claim.
