Anyone else ever wish they could see ALL of the Canadian sellers on Ebay.ca? I've bought hundreds of laptops, mostly from U.S sellers but with our dollar in the toilet and the international shipping I've decided to just buy from sellers in Canada. Like if I'm searching for a laptop keyboard in Canada, I have to go into each store and search because they definetely aren't showing everything that's available here if I just click search Canada sellers only, they'll show one result from here and then list all the U.S and China listings. The last purchase I made in the U.S on Nov 25 is still in Illinois and has the wrong shipping address,(( I bought from a seller here who shipped UPS and forgot to change it back to my home address)). I pleaded with the U.S seller for 4-5 days to change the address before he sent it but got ignored, I contacted customer service 4 times and they said they would get it changed but 2 weeks later it's still on the way to the wrong address. I feel like U.S sellers, International shipping in Illinois, and customer service are on another planet entirely. I was getting angry about it earlier but tonight I just feel tired of it. It's a hobby I enjoy a great deal, and it takes my mind off of the chronic pain I have but sometimes I wonder why I bother.

Do you have an example along with a store that should be turning up but isn't?

Have you tried advance search settings at top right. You will see this setting. It "should" save as a default for when you attempt your next search. Unfortunately it is not included with filters on left.
In can depend on the category you searching but a good guess would be any recent searches are not turning up a large number of results would be because sellers have put their stores on holiday mode due to the CP strike. For many they just don't have access to a reliable or economical shipping method at this time so not worth the hassle of changing listings over to other services.
From past experience doing searches either Canada only or closest (Left Filters) routinely brings up stuff across the border or China. Even Price plus lowest shipping can display wonky results. If one could search by shipping services that would be awesome but does not appear to be on eBay's radar for eBay Canada. filters. (The only option under shipping filters for Canada are free & Local Pick up). Check on dot com you have 3 choices. I have spotted with other US searches 1, 2, 3, 4 day delivery as possible options.
2nd Filter Location dot ca: Should include USA only for item location as an additional option
2nd Filter Location dot com: Should include Canada Only for item location as an additional option
3rd Filter dot ca is this: Missing Deals & Savings/PSA Vault
3rd Filter dot com is this:

As it was mentioned, filter the results and you'll find plenty of options.
You mentioned laptops, and it's funny because I just purchased a replacement of my old Surface that decided to quit on me. I filtered the results for buying options of the model I was looking for, and got quite a few sellers in Canada. I chose the one with the best options and price combination. It is already on it way, with full tracking, via Stallion/FleetOptics.
