Gotta compare those numbers:
Amazon sellers have about 10% of the US e-commerce market (AZ being the number 1 USA marketplace) versus eBay's 1% (and number 2 USA marketplace spot).
Overall:
The top 500 e-commerce companies had 72% of the online American market in 2017. The next 199 thousand had just over 25%. The USA e-commerce business is very fragmented with AZ being the big boy.
Definitions:
The E-Commerce and Online Auctions industry comprises establishments that sell merchandise online. The internet is the main selling platform via either a retailer’s online store or an auction site.
Postal:
Trump pulling the USPS out of the postal union does not have any effect on China mailing to Canada.

Trump totally misunderstands what the UPU is and what it does.
Pulling out would mean that the USA would either have to negotiate postal shipment treaties with the nearly 200 countries that comfortably handle each others mail.
Unless his idea is to kill the USPS and hand its functions over to private couriers, at vast expense to American business. (Nevermind citizens, because those are not his concern unless they are applauding him.)
