Hello everyone (and Devon@ebay),
I sell on Ebay for 19 years now.....
I had to end my listings during Canada Post strike last November...
I relisted the same items in January 2025
I HAVE ZERO SALES SINCE THEN
I only sell to Canada (all provinces)
My listings are the same as they were in Novembre 2024, no changes (I just relisted them in Jan 2025)
I called Ebay 20 times, opened 5 tickets... Nothing...
CANADIAN BUYERS FROM ALL 10 PROVINCES can't buy my listings as they receive this error message:
"This item is not available for YOUR LOCATION"
I tested with buyers from all 10 provinces, nobody can buy...
I tested with changing shipping to options with tracking, not working...
I tested with changing shipping to FREE shipping for all items, not working...
I tested with allowing MAKE AN OFFER: Buyers that send offers : I can't accept the offers !
I tested with opening a new account, I listed 5 items, more than 50 buyers tried to buy my listings
and they can't...
Please see the enclosed picture that shows the error message buyers get on both my accounts...
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON PLEASE?
I'm a TOP RATED SELLER for 19 years and now buyers cannot buy from me !
Thanks so much

Good idea, I will try this tonight... Thanks !

Ok I will try to list a perfume with a brand new listing (not SELL SIMILAR)
I sold my incense today, so this means I can sell and therefore the problem is with my perfume listings.....
Thanks again, will continue to try to resolve !

Also, I have a buyer that bought today from another seller (this multiple choice listing 255223848711)
But she can't buy from me a listing that is the same standard shipping (276908733365) and
everything seems the same for both items...
Can someone tell me if they see a difference between my item and the other seller's item?
I don't see any difference........ !

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, @**scents-of-glamour** . I was having internet issues. It looks as though the questions you asked of me were answered anyway.
As for your current query, there are some small differences between the other seller's listing and what you're doing, even though it's correct, that may be having some sort of strange effect on the listing. The other seller doesn't have much in the way of item specifics compared to you, and they don't use the term "eau de parfum" in the listing title or item specifics the way you do. Perhaps terms or item specifics such as "eau de parfum" or "eau de toilette" are tripping up eBay's AI that's been programmed with US sellers in mind, and it's treating your listings as US listings with foreign buyers. Since perfume shipped internationally by air mail is considered hazmat, the red flags may be going up at checkout once it's been determined that the perfume is being shipped "to Canada."
(Shorter version of above paragraph: I agree with @flipistics' hypothesis that this glitch may be something to do with the nature of the items.)
I think your next step in diagnosing this issue should be to experiment with changing the title or item specifics to get rid of those terms and see if it makes a difference when we "purchase" from the listing.
By the way, why does your listing description say "Welcome to this auction" when you're using BIN? 😁

Thanks for your reply !
Since I sell for so many years on Ebay, that may be the problem (I relisted my items and used those listings to put up new perfumes (with sell similar) for at least 15 years, and they used to be "auctions" with bids) haha! 😂🤣
You may be right with the titles and details: Over the years there were so many rules added each year, each seller spring/fall/winter updates that item description was one of them, it had to be so very precise and that's the product of all of those rules together.....
I'm going away on vacation and when I come back I will create new listings and let you know...
Thanks so much everyone for your help !

@**scents-of-glamour** One other long shot thing you can try is to go to Performance -> Summary and click on the "Download listings quality report". It's possible it may reveal some issues that aren't seen elsewhere. Worth a shot at least.

Thanks for this option, at the moment my listings are ended since I'm travelling tomorrow, so I can't find the listing quality report..... but when I'm back, I will gladly try that... Thanks so much !

Remember you don't want to make all your "corrections" at once.
When you return, reopen your listings a few every day, and read them carefully.
Also check that there is no HTML coding that has slipped in there over the years.
Don't relist as Relist, use Sell Similar which shows your the Sell Your Item form and allows changes.
Reopening five or ten or twenty items each day means that your listings are spread over a month, while if you just reopen them all at once your sales are likely to clump around that single opening and closing date, since "Newly Listed" and "About to Close" are popular Searches.

Maybe time for devon@ebay for some guidance?
Hi @john_koenig99! I just wanted to see if your are still needing assistance with this?

The problem continues with the OP's original listings , but their two newest listings seem ok.
