Has anyone else had any difficulty using eBay's mail system to send packages from Canada to the USA. I can't get the HS tariff code to work for UPS and FEDEX and if I don't enter the code I can't access a label.. The price to go outside of eBay’s mail system is three times what I would normally pay through eBay. Yesterday I spoke with an eBay Escalation Representative and he said he was going to look into it. He saw what was happening himself after he tested it using my information. I’d really like to know if anyone else out there is experiencing difficulties. This is really creating havoc for me.....Thanks in advance
