How do I get payment from Ebay buyers without putting bank account on.

You will not be able to get paid until you join eBay's "Managed Payments" on which you must provide banking details.  Fairly sure it is mandatory now.

As snoopwiz has said you must registered for managed payments with eBay. It is not the buyers you are getting money from directly, they pay eBay, eBay sends it to you. It is only eBay that will have your banking information, never the buyers.

Also note if you are new to eBay there is a hold on your funds for the first while until there is proof of delivery.

You can set up a bank account specifically for eBay, totally disconnected from any of your other banking/financial activities. Many of us sellers have done just that.
