5¢ Insertion Fees, Is eBay renewing this promotion?

Just wondering does anyone know if eBay is going to renew this promotion?

Apparently it's been going on since 2008.

I was a little surprised when I noticed the listing fee increase today as the promotion ended yesterday.

I would be really happy if eBay continued this promotion, makes it easier to list whenever I need to rather than wait until the free listing promotions.

Never mind, I think I found the answer to my own question.

According to the updates for Spring new rates will take effect on April 16th.

‡ If you list in Books, DVDs & Movies, Music & Video Games additional listing fee is only 5¢ for fixed price.

Just "Mind The Gap" and also the bonus sub-title went away and is not coming back.
