Better protection for sellers...

I am pretty much posting this for 2 reasons:

#1 because it is true, sellers need ebay to protect its sellers a little better, just because they provide the venue, this does not mean we should be subject to such high risks and be told "like it, or leave it", ebay is a great place to earn a little extra cash, but I am sure that the list of sellers getting rich on this site are pretty slim.

#2 reason... lol, is I have a feeling a certain someone will leave a "nastygram" reply because I dared to speak ill of ebay's lack of seller protection, so.... I am going to make a coffee, and I''l be right back to see if he takes the bait, lol!

Why would anyone do that?  We all believe in the freedonm of speech.

I think most sellers would agree with that.  Do you have specific proposals as to how eBay could proceed to give you better protection?
