Can't add FREE shipping to Canada on android app.

Hi I am able to add FREE shipping to the US but not to Canada on the android app.

I can choose the shipping method to canada but there is no option to ship FREE to Canada. So i end up putting $1.00 to Canada just to open up the listing to Canada. Is there any way to activate FREE shipping on the app to Canada? It is available on desktop but I rarely use desktop to list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the app but you should be able to choose flat rate shipping, choose a service and type 0.00 into the cost field.

Are you sure you are listing on dotCA and not on dotCOM?

On dotCOM your listings must be in US dollars and shipping is based on USPS and other US-based shippers.

And only US shipping can be "free". ( Which just to be clear, means the cost of shipping is included in the asking price.)

For any other destination, enter $0.00 as shipping for the same effect.

I just looked at your listings.

You are listing on dotCOM. That's why you can't click Free Shipping (although you can use $0.00 as your shipping charge which has the same effect.) to Canada.

I have the reverse problem on the Canada android app when I try to do free shipping to the US. The app doesn't allow 0.00, so I usually put 0.01 and fix on the desktop site on my PC when I have time. I always forget and I've sold tons of items with "free" shipping charging 1 cent, but no one's complained! Lol
