Customs form supports a maximum of 5 items?

I did a US sale today for 6 items that will be combined into a small bubble mailer. I went to purchase a label and weirdly i have a red exclamation mark saying 'The customs form supports a maximum of 5 items'. I cannot purchase a label because of it. I won't ship and pay 2 packages. Do i need to delete items and create a single item manually with a more general info or something? Is this possible? What are we suppose to do here?

Are the items all the "same" ie all Pokemon or whatever cards?

In my world, I can't list the items individually on the customs form, most packages have 100s to 1000s of items in them.

I put "Postage Stamps (970400)" on the package with a count of "1" and so far I've not had any come back because of that, don't know if any of the INRs were but won't ever know that.

970400 is the HS code for stamps as a note, I put it in the description and hand write it in the HS column.

If your 6 lots are all collector cards, a similar approach should be fine....

They are indeed all cards, from different listings. 6 listings so it added 6 different items automatically.

I'll just delete the items and call it a trading cards lot i guess. I did not know we had a 5 items limit and needed to adjust and fill manually if more.

There is absolutely no need to itemize to that extent unless they are completely different items.

It's almost always preferable to delete the pre-filled info that eBay give you (the listing title) and replace with a simple description that will be much more understandable should a Customs person actually look and read. Most eBay listing titles are meaningless to customs who if they are looking want to see something that will make it easy to to discern the applicable tarrif code.

For example, when I ship a record, a cd and a cassette together,  I only need one line "sound recordings".
