I sold a graphics card to some guy. He was acting really shady his whole communication with me. He made a return request and said it was defective. I asked him to send me some pictures and he ignored it so i just accepted the return. I got the return today and made sure to make a video of receiving it from the post man and opening it and it was some really old graphics card from a different brand. What do i do here? Report him and send the video link to ebay? What else can i do?

Yes, you have to contact eBay customer service. They may decide this case in your favor. Don't wait too long.

Is the guy local or international? Contact eBay and consider filing a scam report with the police.

If he mailed the item back to you and switched that is postal fraud. I believe there are places online where you can file a report with the RCMP and in the US with the USPS Postal Inspectors.

Neither eBay nor Paypal will consider the video in deciding your case.
The police report will be considered if only because it shows you are very serious about this.
